For
me the Kruger Tour was something that I always
thought I would never be able to do. That was
until I discovered Epic! I took the plunge and
realised after my arrival the wheelchair was no
barrier!
From the airport and all the campsites, me
and my chair did not encounter a difficult situation
and that was quite pleasing for a tetraplegic
without a carer.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d
be able to describe the wilds of South Africa
as a suitable place for a wheelchair user to
go and enjoy, how wrong I was.
The Kruger park experience is one that you
will often reflect on, because it is so far
detached from day to day life. Epic has built
the bridge for anyone to enjoy nature at its
most thrilling.
